"It's a glorious morning, no clouds, just the right temperature. We are going to have to look for a mix engineer. Nothing against Rob, but he just can't grab what we're looking for in the mix. Brett will start on his leads and then them out of the way. Wrong! We let Rob go today and that was both weird and hard but it's all for the better of the project."
